Emma Swales has worked in the exhibition industry for over 25 years and is a Sales and Marketing specialist. Her experience stretches across all aspects of exhibitions from planning and promotion, through to developing the skills of people on the stand and measuring productivity.
Emma brings a wealth of experience and creativity to every project. Her industry experience includes manufacturing businesses and service companies, small businesses, show organisers and large organisations in the Finance, Defence, Oil and Gas, Healthcare, Government, and Communications sectors.
Emma has worked with De Montfort University in Leicester for 7 years as a business mentor and trainer and is the Exhibitions and Marketing expert for East Midlands Incubation Network. She has also worked with WMG at Warwick University in the development of user experience and visitor engagement tools for clients.
Emma is an experienced trainer and facilitator. With her hands on and interactive approach, she always runs highly interactive and practical programmes. Emma is results driven and has a proven record of success.
Paddy has worked in the exhibition industry for nearly 25 years. For the last 12 years he has had a specific focus on delivering results from exhibitions, working with events teams, marketing heads and stand staff. Paddy brings knowledge from a number of industries; Automotive, Pharmaceutical, Defence, Energy and Oil & Gas. He works with global organisations including Castrol BP, E.ON, AGFA Healthcare and Johnson & Johnson.
Paddy brings a consultative approach with real world, practical solutions which are easy to implement. He’s a big believer in common sense and measurable results.
He’s also a keen advocate of integrating events into the wider marketing mix to maximise results and impact the bottom line.
